HOW DOES IT WORK?
Taking our customized, convenient, and creative approach one step further, virtual training with Omni-Active Fitness allows our clients to get a great workout, regardless of their whereabouts.
We start with a fitness assessment. In this appointment, we will discuss your health history, past injuries, etc. to better understand your experience, mindset, nutritional habits, and fitness goals.
Once the questionnaire is complete, we will take you through a series of exercises designed to show us if you have any muscular imbalances, weaknesses, etc.
