In your first appointment, we will discuss your health history, past exercise experience, and nutritional habits. From there we will conduct a movement assessment to establish your current fitness level. Then we will set goals together and we can make a recommendation on a program to help you achieve them!
Our sessions are conducted either in a 1-on-1 or small group (2-3) setting. Rates range depending on the frequency of sessions. Rates are the same whether you come to us or we come to you. Contact us for more details!
